"Now You Can Finally Take Control Of Your Fertility"
|
Asking The Right Questions
So you have been trying to get pregnant. At this stage you may be getting a little tired and upset. You feel you are doing everything right yet you’re not getting the results. What could I be doing wrong? Am I missing something? At this stage when you get frustrated you tend to jump to conclusions such as maybe I am infertile? Because of the frustration you may get emotional as you feel why is this happening to me? The reality is this. At this point you do not know. So rather than jump to conclusions let’s put together a journal and write down exactly what you are doing. Are you getting the timing right? Timing as you know is everything. To get the timing right you need to know when you are ovulating. Are your cycles regular? There is only a small window of opportunity at which time you have to get it right. Pretty much you have two to three days. Ideally you want to have sex the day before you ovulate.. The other thing to start to note down on your journal is what you are actually doing day to day. Are you drinking coffee, do you smoke, what is your diet? Are you eating lots of crappy food? .
Are you eating any fresh food like fruits and vegetables? All these things have to be noted. Remember we want to clean house for that cute baby to be. You need to have your body in shape, so you can have a healthy home for him or her.
Are you getting any exercise? Are you going for walks? Are you indoors all the time? Are you under a lot of stress? Stress can be a big problem. Your body as you know can do all sorts of weird things when you are under stress.
Write these things down get them on paper and you will be surprised what it reveals. Do yourself due diligence.
Age also plays a factor. If you are 35 and older your chances of getting pregnant start to reduce. In the event that you have been trying for some time it may be worthwhile for you an your partner to do some prenatal tests. In this case go see a reproductive
endocrinologist. They will point you in the right direction in terms of what testing you need to take..
